Babbler gets her ending?

Queen of Babble Gets Hitched by Meg Cabot

Love Triangle! When we meet Lizzie Nichols in “Queen of Babble” she is in a horrible relationship with Andrew (liar, cheater, gambler, etc.) she falls in love with Luke and in end of “Queen of Babble in the Big City” Lizzie and Luke have broken up. Well SPOILER ALERT for book 3: the first chapter of this book Luke decides he can’t live without Lizzie and drops a three karat ring on her finger. At the same time who is in Lizzie’s bed? Chaz, Lizzie’s best friend Shari’s ex-boyfriend and Luke’s best friend, but don’t worry, nothing happened, just some heavy making out in the cab on the way home. While her refurbished wedding gown store is doing incredible, she can’t seem to find time to plan her own wedding. Every time she starts to think about marrying Luke she hives up and freaks out. Luke moves to Paris and wants Lizzie to move there with him. Chaz and Shari have ganged up on Lizzie letting her know that Luke is not right for her. Chaz seems to think that he is the person that loves Lizzie. Who will she choose in the end? Prince charming Luke, or Chaz with his Michigan baseball cap?

In this final book of the series, we meet a new character named Ava Geck, a bride to be that is a celebrity of sorts because of her father’s money. She brings with her a whole new area of problems for Lizzie, along with some good life lessons.

This was a fantastic book that ended the series. I love it when an author changes your mind for you. I wanted Lizzie to be happy, and I could only think of one way for the series to end and her be happy. I changed my mind and stated hoping for other endings. Cabot’s writing in this series was delightful. She has great characters and her wit is unmatched. She keeps you laughing with her character’s fun personality and changes things that you just don’t see coming. The series was great and a fun fast read.

Book Rating: this book is rated R for sexual content and language. Please do not read this book, if you are under that age of 18. I have now warned you three times that this book is not for you if you are under age, but let me clarify… maybe you are over 18 but you still have some growing up to do. This series is not for you either.

Let me know what you thought about Queen of Babble if you’ve read it. Also let me know what you thought about this blog.
